Looks like a 72' bike with a 73' fuel tank. DON'T toss the forks-if any of it is salvagable I have a guy that could use the pieces. The JD in the background looks like my 69' 112.

Yes the JD is a 112 with the kolhler engine i forget what year it is its some where around that year it mows nice

Having the metal tag riveted w/serial # is 1973. Should have a Comet driven unit on it? 72' used a fairbanks morse unit. The 72' tanks did NOT have the indents for the decals in the sides and tended to look wavey. The indents actually stiffened the sides for 73'. And yea the old 112's mow as good as anything I have ever seen-as long as you keep the deck clean. Mine has the Kohler as well K241 10hp. They just don't make mowers like those anymore that's for sure.

No seat cover but I believe the one in Canada will work. The tank is held down with a rubber piece/flat metal tab w/a hole in it and a screw. I have the rubber pieces/no metal part and the screw should be common. I will email you the parts breakdown soon-BK

Decals would be the black/chrome ones on sides and a Green Horn decal on top just below the fuel filler neck. Not sure what the "sheet" of decals you are refering to is all about-
